WINE, NUTRITION AND HEALTH
This young wine comes from our vineyards in Llodrà and Son Fangos, where all our crops are raised organically and sustainably by using ancestral environmentally-friendly wine-making methods.
So we can state that this wine definitely expresses the whole potential of the grape, without any artificial alterations in the vineyard or in the wine cellar.
As it has never been in the barrel, it preserves, among other, the great qualities of resveratrol, an antioxidant component which favours the decrease of oxidative stress and slows down the whole general wine-aging process.
Soft and fruity, it is the ideal match for both meat and vegetable dishes.
Fine golden colour with greenish flashes. Very clear and bright.
Intense and clean nose with marked undertones of ripe banana and apricot, and a fine smoky and leafy flavour. Good balance between fruit and well blended oak.
Frank and direct on the palate, with a smooth, silky follow-through, which gives an impression of glycerine. Savoury, well-balanced and elegant, with a spicy finish of vanilla and nutmeg in retro-olfaction. Very long, elegant and unique aftertaste that invites us to swallow.
A white wine fermented in the barrel, then aged for 4 months. Needs to breathe to show its full complexity.

Hints of moorland herbs (rosemary and lavender) which accentuate its Mediterranean feel.
Frank and direct attack on the palate, then delicately fruity and round. The faint hint of tannin enlivens the velvety, silky flavour created by the quality of this polished tannin. Very long, lingering aftertaste, extravagant and lasting.
