SYRAH 2006

A wild cherry red of medium intensity, with violet reflections, clear and bright.

Powerful bouquet with the local vegetation which comes through well on a base of ripe red berries.  Hints of eucalyptus balsam and of well-integrated oak, as well as a lactic background which gives great elegance to the wine.

Starts out soft on the palate, going into a well-balanced, fresh and fruity finish with a lactic hint that makes it seem slightly sweet. Unctuous on reaching an aftertaste which is as fresh and deep as it is long.
