This wine is very bright and pure. It is golden coloured with green tinges.
A high intensity and clean nose, with ripe fruit touches (banana and apricot) melts together with fine notes of smoke and fallen leaves. This wine has a wonderful combination of smell and taste, with a perfectly balanced wood integration.
Its vibrant mouth-filling texture is framed by a soft and velvety sensation. A spicy character elegantly bursts on the tongue (vanilla and nutmeg).
The palate is rich and full-bodied, and it has an exceptional, long lingering, elegant finish.
BEST TEMPERATURE WHEN SERVED: 10/12�C
BLEND: Chardonnay.
FOOD PAIRINGS: It goes best with creamy rice (risotto, sweet rice), also with cooked fish and with semi-cured sheep cheese.
SPECIAL FEATURES: In order to appreciate its complexity, we recommend to let it air for a while before serving.
