TONI GELABERT “CABERNET” 2004
This wine possesses an incredible deep red colour with a violet touch. It is full-bodied, pure and bright.
The intensely rich nose combines hints of humus and leather, along with an elegant layering of red and black ripe fruit. Moreover, it is highly balsamic and spicy, with nuances of cocoa, vanilla and fine wood.
It fills the mouth with a smooth rounded flavour, which mingles with a generous, kind, elegant, balanced tannin. This is a huge wine! It has an extremely long finish that lasts for what seems like many many minutes… fresh, fruity and with great extract ripe tannins which anticipate a perfect aging within the bottle.
BEST TEMPERATURE WHEN SERVED: Between 16º-18ºC
BLEND: Cabernet Sauvignon.
